At last Mr Tan answer the question tt i asked him for weeks...the right way of dieting.... he was right... no wonder he is a psychologist...i mus learn alot frm him.... i mus respect ppls decision... no pastering,no harassing and no disturbing...

CME period..mr yeo let us watch the movie(coach carter). 2day got O lvl listening... listen to those fucking classical symphony musics... i prefer my devil songs ^^ aha... were shouting bout pop-pop on the way to cp LOL....nth to be proud of... o.0 those ppl frm my class and 5b ask me wan to smoke anot... i reject dem cos i dun wan addict... _l_ hope i wun addict... change for a betta tmr... aha... I AM RED,BLOODY and EVIL.. remember ^^
