all damn frenly...haas...
today meet them for breakfast in cp...
den went skool band....
played my wife which was my euphonium....lol
went toilet smoke b4 tt and ppl caught me smoking worh...
i threw away the whole packet...
feel some sort of regret when smoking in the 1st place...

i alreadi manage to quit for 30 over days months ago....
now i smoke again....grrrrr
Trying to quit smoking now...but i nv say i will quit...
BUT I TRY... even if i got smoke...i noe how to control one....
once in awhile bah....if i nv quit...
chiong to raffles place after band went chat wif my Business manager..
saw psa lo.... den take train home eat la...
